Emphases:Food Safety (Post-Harvest)

Residue prevention, quality assurance and pseudorabies control. With the Consortium his research involves sulfamethazine depletion in market-weight swine to determine the likelihood of "clean" pigs being contaminated by exposure to improperly withdrawn swine; medical and feed management for sulfamethazine; and comparing sulfamethazine depletion with sulfamethazine activity from previous experiments.
